Below are the policies and commitments from BESOL Company that apply:

I. Warranty policy commitment:

1. Warranty cases:

- Customers purchase products from BESOL Company within 12 months from the date of purchase
- The date on the delivery record is conventionally defined as the date BESOL calculates the warranty period

2. The following cases will not be covered by the warranty:

- The warranty period stated on the voucher and equipment handover record has expired.
- Equipment does not have a handover record. The handover record has had its information altered, pieced together, and torn.
- Using the wrong voltage, exceeding the device's capacity or causing fire, explosion, falling, dents, cracks, punctures, scratches...
- Damage caused by natural disasters, animals, insects or humans.
- Accessories consumed during use such as: Pulse lamp and some other components such as: therapy glass panels, specialist glasses, patient glasses...
- The customer has arbitrarily made repairs or changes without BESOL's consent.
- Damage due to mechanical impact such as deformation, falling, scratches, cracks, warping...

II. Warranty method:

Ensuring that customers' work is always kept smooth in the shortest possible time

1. Within the warranty period:
- The machine has a free 1-year warranty at BESOL company. For large size machines, BESOL company will provide warranty at the customer's address.
- For exported machines, we commit to free warranty under the condition that the machine is shipped to the BESOL company address. Customers must bear the cost of shipping the device both ways.
2. Outside the warranty period:
Customers will have to pay costs if any arise
-In Hanoi: Warranty at customer address
-In other areas in Vietnam: In remote conditions, it is impossible to send machinery to Hanoi, customers must bear the cost of going and returning for the technical staff sent. Travel and return costs are calculated using soft seat rail costs at the time the incident occurs. BESOL supports accommodation costs for technical staff. If you want a warranty at our company location, the customer must fully bear the shipping costs. After warranty, customers must sign for warranty acceptance and receive the device at our company address.
-Overseas: Our company only provides warranty when the machine is shipped to the BESOL company address. Customers must bear the cost of shipping the device both ways
